Purchaser at LFV

LFV's procurement function is engaged in an exciting development project aimed at ensuring legal security and safety for individuals while also streamlining and automating our processes. The development work also includes implementing all or parts of the national procurement strategy, developing methods for sustainable purchasing, enhancing the monitoring of contracts and suppliers, and implementing category-based working methods.

We are now looking for a purchaser with drive, who wants to contribute to making us a world-class procurement function!

Your Future Role

As a strategic purchaser, you will independently and collaboratively with colleagues be responsible for the procurement of primarily goods, services, and vehicles for operational and maintenance activities, while also assisting colleagues in other categories. You will have overall responsibility for the procurement process, from procurement documents to contracts, as well as monitoring and evaluation. Your mission is to ensure that procurements and orders are conducted professionally, commercially, and in accordance with applicable laws, regulations, and policies. As a strategic purchaser at LFV, you will have a broad and varied role where you work towards set goals and timelines. You will collaborate both with your colleagues in the procurement unit and with colleagues in the operations and play an important role in creating and maintaining good relationships with both suppliers and internal clients.

Some of your tasks will include:

• Conducting procurements
• Making orders from framework agreements
• Monitoring entered contracts
• Measuring supplier performance
• Contributing to the development of interfaces between the procurement unit and other parts of the organization – where you contribute with your knowledge and expertise
• Participating in internal and external networks

We are looking for someone who has:

• Experience in public procurement as an employee of, or on behalf of, a contracting authority
• Relevant university or college education, or other education combined with relevant experience for the role
• Knowledge of the Public Procurement Act (LOU)
• Good ability to express yourself in Swedish and English, both orally and in writing

It is an advantage if you have experience in procuring goods, services, and vehicles for operational and maintenance activities, as well as knowledge of the procurement tool TendSign.

Other Information

The position is a permanent employment with the workplace located in Norrköping. There is a possibility for flexibility regarding work at the office and remotely.

Before employment, LFV conducts a security review that includes a background check, security interview, and drug test. This position requires Swedish citizenship.
